Cancellation charges before the departure date:

• No penalty, if you request cancellation more than 35 days before the start of the tour.
• 10% penalty, if you request cancellation between 24 and 34 days.
• 30% penalty, if you request cancellation between 14 and 23 days.
• 50% penalty, if you request cancellation between 6 and 13 days.
• 100% penalty, if you request cancellation with 5 or fewer days to the start date of the tour.
• Visits to the Alhambra in Granada (except when included in a tour package or circuit) are NON-refundable, their cancellation will result in a 100% penalty. Similarly, third-party services (airplane, ferry, bus tickets or hotel bookings for extra nights) are NON-refundable, their cancellation will result in a 100% penalty.
